1. What are the program entry criteria?
Our program enrolls children and adolescents with developmental delays, autism, attention disorders, and traumatic brain injury. Preschoolers must be verbal and able to follow two-step instructions. School-aged children must demonstrate comprehension of basic language and basic cognitive concepts.
2. What are your fees?
Clinical consultation is billed at $175 per hour.
Group therapy fee is $75.00 per clinical hour.
Fees are subject to change without notice.
3. What group therapy programs do you offer?

4. Do you take insurance?
Insurance reimbursement may be available to those patients with a mental health illness. Autism and related therapies are not covered by insurance companies at the moment. Services provided by our licensed marriage and family therapist may considered for insurance reimbursement. We will provide a "superbill" to submit to your PPO insurance for reimbursement at out-of-network provider rates. Please check with your health provider for specific guidelines.
5. What form of Payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and cash. Payment plans are available for our summer intensive programs only (subject to credit approval).
6. When will I see improvement?
Based on our experience, a child who demonstrates the appropriate prerequisites (basic-level content and cognitive and language processes) will demonstrate improvement within 6 months. Keep in mind that every child progresses at a different rate.
7. What happens if my child lacks the prerequisites?
Keep in mind that every child progresses at a different rate. If the child is between the ages of 3 and 6 he or she can enroll in our Apprentice Program to develop the lacking skills. The program ratio is (two students per teacher) and focuses on teaching basic language, cognitive, social, and play skills.
8. What are the therapists’ qualifications?
Our professional staff includes licensed mental health and certified cognitive therapists. All groups are taught by the Clinical Director (Karina Poirier) and a master level therapist.
9. Do you offer in-home programming?
No. All our services are clinic-based.
10. What are the clinic hours?
By appointment only.
11. When can my child enroll?
Each client must be assessed before enrolling in the program. Enrollment is open on the first of each month to those who have completed the informal assessment.
